Have You Noticed?

Today’s world is more convoluted and in flux than ever before.

As a result, leaders are being faced with unparalleled uncertainty, limited resources and insurmountable stress—leaving them the type of tired that more sleep doesn’t solve.

So, how do we expand our leadership capabilities, elevate our performance and enhance our well-being in the face of growing complexity and ambiguity?

Through the power of living resilience, Caleb helps leaders and organizations break through this challenge.

Caleb speaking to CEO's in NYC

Hi, I’m Caleb!

As a West Point graduate, Army Officer, and NFL Linebacker, I’ve always had an inner drive to make something of myself—not to just reach expectations—but to surpass expectations.

But despite my relentless work ethic, the uncertainty, expectations and pressure that I faced left me feeling outstretched and with limited capacity—taking a toll on my performance, my morale and my overall well-being.

I share this in common with many of the leaders I work with today.

Leaders want to exceed expectations. They want to maximize the potential of everyone on their team. And, they want to perform at the highest level. But, the growing complexity of today and the ambiguity of tomorrow is leaving them feeling stretched thin mentally, emotionally and relationally.

Over the years, I have learned how to embody one quality that has not only helped me thrive through inevitable uncertainty but has allowed me to trade the fear of what might or might not happen tomorrow for the joy that is available today.

This alone has transformed my life.

Now, it’s my greatest passion to deliver a message that helps leaders and organizations embody the living resilience that results in more confidence and capacity for today and more hope for tomorrow—regardless of what insurmountable obstacle presents itself, or how uncertain and ambiguous the future might be.

A Note From Caleb:

The 13th century poet Rumi once said, ‘Yesterday I was smart and I wanted to change the world. But today, I am wise so I am changing myself.’

Drawing inspiration from this timeless wisdom, I too believe that the transformations we long to see in our personal performance, culture and our well-being start within ourselves.

The truth is: we cannot become what we want by remaining what we are.

Just as organizations are being challenged to foster environments conducive for growth and well-being, individuals must also rise to the occasion and proactively participate in cultivating their own transformation.

The change that we long to see will not happen solely from the top down, but it must also come from the bottom up.

And this is why I'm so passionate about the work that I do.

It's this dual perspective that allows us to create a more WHOLE approach to workplace well-being and individual flourishing.

This potent combination of organizational change and personal transformation, top-down and bottom-up, will help us unlock potential, expand our capacity, and thrive through unprecedented challenges.

Most importantly, it’s through this complex interplay that we can reclaim the life satisfaction that has been lost along the way.

We’re truly in this together.

And, we need you.

Leaders Who Are Living Resilience Help Build High Capacity Organizations

  • More Engaged Employees

Gallup estimates that a disengaged employee costs $3,400 for every $10,000 in salary, or 34%. When teams have capacity, they work with passion and feel a profound connection to their company.

  • Greater Capacity For Change

Humans are wired to resist change and as a result, change fatigue sets in. When teams have capacity, they have the space for change which leads to more successful change initiatives.

  • A Deeper Sense of Belonging

It’s estimated that employees who feel like they belong and connected are 10x more likely to recommend their organization as a great place to work.

Living Resilience Helps…

  • Living Resilience helps Organizations that are looking to create a culture that fosters greater belonging and the capacity needed to excel through disruption, uncertainty and ambiguity.

  • Employees who are feeling disconnected, disengaged and dissatisfied.

  • Managers who are grappling with limited resources, rapid change and diminishing morale.

  • Sales teams whose upper trajectories have plateaued but they know that they are capable of more.

  • Entrepreneurs who need more emotional bandwidth to grow through the inevitable unpredictability and uncertainty that they will face.
