This is a great question. A lot of people are concerned that if they have capacity training, it means they will now be required to do more, since they have more capacity. However, Caleb makes it clear that capacity training isn't about adding more to the plate as much as it's about strengthening the plate itself, allowing individuals to handle their responsibilities more effectively while also reclaiming agency over their lives.

This is a great question! While a big part of Caleb's journey was him walking away from the NFL, he makes it clear that it wasn't about walking away as much as it was about prioritizing his well-being over the fear of what other people might think.
