Team Expansion Sessions
I’ve been on a lot of teams over the course of my life.
From high school football in the Texas panhandle to West Point, the NFL, the military, and even a short stint with the U.S. bobsled team.
Yes, just like the Jamaican Bobsled Team!
Some of those teams thrived. Others struggled. But here’s what every single one taught me...
The growth of your team will never outpace the inner growth of the people within it.
That’s the ceiling.
And for most teams today, that ceiling is invisible.
It's built out of pressure no one talks about—but everyone feels.
As a result, people start adapting. They play the part. They hide the hard stuff. They shape-shift to fit in.
And eventually, that gets internalized as “who I need to be to succeed.”
And what gets lost? Presence. Authenticity. Real connection. Trust.
This is what stifles expansion. Not a lack of skill or effort, but a lack of inner alignment.
And that doesn’t shift with more strategy or grit.
It shifts when you create space for something deeper to re-emerge.
That’s why I created the Team Expansion Session.
It's where the work beneath the work happens.
It’s not just a feel-good moment or quick morale boost.
It’s a meaningful, bespoke experience that leaves teams communicating better, showing up more fully, and moving forward with more to give.
It’s for teams who are already good, but know something deeper is trying to emerge.
Teams who want to unlock more emotional capacity, connection, and clarity without burning out or faking it.
Because when that happens, performance doesn’t just improve. People come alive.
At the end of the day, the outdated approach to teamwork is pushing people to give more.
The expansive approach is creating the conditions where everyone has more to give.
Team Expansion Sessions creates those conditions.
If that’s something your team is ready for, let’s talk.
As always, I'm rooting for you. We're in this together.
